When I walked into the Palermo household, I was greeted by this beautiful six year old with a fabulous outfit on (according to her mom, she is the real fashion queen of the family!). Her older sister, 8 years old, had on another great outfit. Then there was their 4 year old brother and their new baby brother. This beautiful family was so full of life, character, and laughter.
